Faced with a recall of their previous product, Bausch + Lomb needed to make a big impression with Biotrue. So we created a consumer campaign which consisted of in-office posters, counter cards, wear-and-care videos, brochures and even graphic standards for the new brand. But more important, was winning back the confidence of eye doctors. In addition to numerous videos, sales aids, trade ads, we developed an iPad application that netted 20% higher sales results than using conventional tactics. This application was first of its kind in the industry at the time.
